Log Files

When accessing websites/applications, information is sent to the server of our website/application by the internet browser of your device and temporarily stored in log files, known as logfiles. Data Processing upon Registration

The legal basis for this is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b) GDPR, meaning you provide us with the data based on the respective contractual relationship (e.g., managing your customer account, processing a purchase contract) between you and us. We are also obligated under legal provisions in the General Civil Code (ABGB) to send an electronic order confirmation when making a purchase via our website/application (Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter c) GDPR).

As long as we do not use your data for advertising purposes (see below 3.3.), we store the data collected for contract processing until the expiration of legal or possible contractual warranty and guarantee rights. After this period, we retain the information required for business and tax law purposes for the legally defined periods. For this period, the data is processed again solely in case of an inspection by the tax authorities.

Data Transfer to Transport Service Providers

To deliver ordered goods, we collaborate with logistics service providers/transport companies and/or shipping partners. The following data may be transmitted to them for the purpose of delivering or announcing the ordered goods: first name, last name, postal address.

The legal basis for the processing is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b) GDPR.

Data Processing for Advertising Purposes

Your data will be used for advertising purposes. We will carry out advertising by post and by email. We advertise only for our own purposes and do not share the data with third parties. It may be that we outsource advertising measures to advertising agencies. However, your data will only be used for our advertising. We will only send you advertising that we believe to be of interest to you. We do not want to annoy you.

Customer Account / User Account

Creating a customer account is voluntary and is based on your consent under Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a) GDPR. After setting up a customer account, no further data entry is required. Additionally, you can view and change the data stored about you in your customer account at any time.

The creation of a customer account is only necessary if you wish to make orders through our website/application. The legal basis for data processing in this case is additionally Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b) GDPR.

In addition to the data required for an order, you will need to provide a self-chosen password for setting up a customer account. This, along with your email address, serves as access to your customer account. Please treat your access data confidentially and do not share it with unauthorized third parties. Please note that even after leaving our website, you may remain logged in unless you actively log out. You can delete your customer account at any time, but please note that this will not automatically delete the data visible in the customer account if you have already placed an order with us.
